Company Overview

Formed in 2009, Advanced Blast & Ballistic Systems Limited is a UK defence systems developer with a range of patents relating to vehicle blast protection and low-cost, layered solutions to defeat drone threats.

With deep experience in designing and testing blast survivability, rocket energetics, fusing, control, safety and initiation systems, our current focus is protecting homeland security and critical infrastructure, and supporting humanitarian efforts with minefield clearance.

Advanced Reaction Motor Systems Ltd (ARMS)

United Kingdom

40/40 joint venture between ABBS and The Falcon Project Ltd. Rocket motor systems.

Active VTOL Crash Prevention Ltd (AVCP)

United Kingdom

Crash-prevention systems for the emerging eVTOL aircraft market. Held 30% ABBS, 30% ARMS.

Active Safety System Technologies Inc. (ASST)

United States (Delaware)

US entity for the North American market. Held 46% ABBS, 18% ARMS, 9% AVCP.

ABBS is a member of ADS Group, the UK's trade association for aerospace, defence, security and space.
